Before submitting, please download and complete the registration form, choose the PDF or DOC download on the left
Then, please provide:
Two pictures of the horse – one from the left side and one from the right side (JPEG or PDF)
If available, a copy of the AMHA or AMHR certificate
If possible, the chip numbers sent by regular post
