For each stallion, please complete one form and send it to registration@eusam.nu. You can choose to open the form as a PDF or Word document using the buttons provided.
The fee is €5 per stallion.
- Make the payment to the Eusam bank account, mentioning:
“Breeding Report + Stallion’s name”
